Karen Dalury, RYT

Karen is a certified Anusara Inspired yoga teacher.  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga for 12 years.  Her early background includes training in the Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa systems of yoga.  Eventually after many years of training and becoming certified to teach she was introduced to Anusara Yoga, a method developed by John Friend.  She took her first workshop with John in person in the Fall of 2000.  Since then she has spent 400 or more hours studying Anusara Yoga with John himself and several of his teacher trainers including Deb Neubauer, Todd Norian and others.

Anusara Yoga has brought healing to my own life and given me the tools I need to help others discover their own bliss. Anusara means to ‘flow with grace’ and rewards your efforts with a strong and supple body, and open and joyful heart, and a peaceful and focused mind.  Classes are therapeutic, appropriate for all levels and fun.

In addition to her love for yoga Karen is an accomplished athlete, avid skier, horsewoman, lover of all things outdoors, certified personal fitness trainer and Pilates instructor. Karen brings to her teaching a passionate lust for life, a light-hearted sense of humor, and a sincere respect and honor for the strengths and abilities of all students. 

 

Kip Dalury, JD

Kip has studied Tai Chi (and yoga) for 30 years and teaches Chi Kung - the beginner style. In addition to non traditional law practice Kip manages Vermont Adative Ski & Sports, and practices Taiski - combining Tai Chi and alpine skiing - and volleyball.
