Karen Dalury, RYT

Karen is a certified Anusara Inspired yoga teacher.  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and been teaching for 20 years. 

In 2000 she discovered Anusara Yoga and began studying with founder John Friend. She has completed Anusara teacher trainings with
John and Deb Neubauer and over 800 hours of advanced study towards certification in the method.

"Anusara Yoga has brought healing to my own life and given me the tools I need as a teacher to help others discover their own freedom.
Anusara means to flow with grace and rewards your efforts with a strong and supple body, an open and joyful heart, and a peaceful
and focused mind." 

She has also been studying Pilates for over 10 years with the Physical Mind Institute and currently the Balanced Body University.

Karen is a PSIA certified telemark ski instructor, horsewoman and certified personal fitness trainer. She brings to her teaching a
passionate lust for life, a light-hearted sense of humor, and a sincere respect and honor for the strengths and abilities of all students. 
Classes are therapeutic, uplifting and most of all fun.
